
Christmas Eve Bars
28 caramels 1/4 c. + 3 T. evaporated milk
5 T. butter ½ c. chocolate chips
1 T. salt 1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
½ t. vanilla

Melt caramels, 1/4 c. evaporated milk, and 4 T. butter over low heat

Add 1 c. powdered sugar

Put mixture in a pan to cool

In a double boiler, melt together chocolate chips, 3 T. evaporated milk, and 1 T. butter

Add in vanilla

Slowly stir in 1/4 c. powdered sugar

Once combined, pour and spread over cooled bars.

Cool in fridge completely and enjoy
