Senior Austin Appleton enrolled in Hawkeye’s Calculus 1 class during the 2019 summer. “I took the class this summer, so I could be ahead and take Calculus 2 & 3 this year,” said Appleton. The class met Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m until 1 p.m. Appleton is currently enrolled in Calculus 2 & 3 at UNI as well as Oral Communication and Composition Ⅰ classes offered at Hudson through HCC. Appleton plans to further his education at Iowa State in the field of engineering.
