Butterscotch Rolls

  small package of dry (not instant) butterscotch pudding                          1 stick butter

                                                  cinnamon, to taste                         1 c. brown sugar

                                                            frozen rolls                          

  1. Mix cinnamon into pudding mix

  2. Pour mixture evenly into an 8x8 pan

  3. Fill pan with rolls; leave enough room to almost double in size

  4. Melt butter and mix in brown sugar

  5. Pur mixture over rolls

  6. Let rolls rise until appx. 150% of original size (1 hour)

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
